Follow the guideline ( they are easy and User friendly to apply.
You’ll be prompted to submit your resume, cover letter, and any other required documents.

Our hiring process generally includes the following steps:
Advertisement of Established Vacancies on the Company Recruitment Portal
Application Review: We carefully review all applications to match candidates with the right positions.
Initial Screening: If your application meets the requirements, you’ll be contacted for a first level interview , usual a virtual interview . However, it can be a physical interview if need be.
Online Psychometric Test : Depending on the role, you might be required to take an online test.
Interviews: You may have one or more in-depth interviews with hiring managers and team members. These may include Technical assessments, Case studies, Project assignment , Proficiency exercises or Problem-solving exercises, depending on the role.
Successful Completion Congratulatory Message: You will receive a mail informing you of successful completion of the recruitment process.
Pre-Employment Medical Test: You will be required to take a medical fitness test with the Company approved medical facility
Offer: If selected, you will receive an offer letter outlining the terms of employment.
Onboarding: Once you accept the offer, we will guide you through the onboarding process to help you get started.
The timeline can vary depending on the role and the number of applicants. On average, the hiring process takes about 4 to 6 weeks from the application to the final offer. We will keep you informed of your status at every step.
After submitting your application, you will be contacted , either by email or by phone, confirming / acknowledging that we’ve received your documents / application. If you do not receive a confirmation email or phone call from us, please feel free to contact us using email address on this platform or the phone numbers therein.
Yes, you can apply for multiple roles at once, but we recommend that you tailor your resume and cover letter for each specific position. This helps us understand how your skills align with the different opportunities.
We try to respond to every application we receive. However, due to the high volume of applicants, we may not be able to offer feedback on every application. Should we be unable to contact, you, we encourage you to apply for future opportunities that align with your skills and experience.
Once your application is submitted, you cannot update it directly through the portal.

Yes , we do. Our operations cover the entire country and we have operational sites in most of the states of the Federation.

At the moment, no. We don’t do offsite/remote work at Origin. All positions are fully onsite as most of our operations require physical/onsite presence, especially those in the Construction, Furniture, Engineering & Automotive, Sales & Maintenance, and Agriculture. However, we continue to evaluate and monitor each job role to see how best to deliver on those assignments without losing the essence and nature of the job particularly as it relates to cascading to full complement of workplace culture and needed collaboration.

Yes we do. We have a referral program where employees can refer qualified candidates for open positions. However, a key component of the referral, is disclosure. The individual involved must disclose and must not be involved in the recruitment of the individual they are referring . Should you be in doubt, the affected individuals should contact Human Resource Department for clarification.
