I single handedly lead the investigation of petroleum theft by strategically coordinated the operation/investigations from Loading Depot at Ijegun, Maza-maza Lagos to point of discharging/offloading to the filling station at ibeju leeki, Lagos ( an operation that lasted for about 18hrs stretched.

Designed Cost Control Model on vehicles Gasoline usage

The cost of petroleum products to running Logistics operation( fleet vehicles)was very high as a result of leakages due to lack of structured standard.
I designed a cost control model to measures, controls and monitor the usage per km using the total distance coverage. The significant impact of this model cut down over head cost of 15% cost reductions whilst maximizing profit.

Key Project Team Lead Mitigation of Economic hardship on staff
2024
I lead the other team members(managers) by initiating a business model that increases staff additional earning by 15%. The essence of this project was to caution the effect of economic hardship and improve staff welfare during economic recession in 2024. This acts as a company palliatives to staff as company couldn't coffer out a dime for staff support but rather the management task manager to come up with an ideal ( think out side the box) that will generate earning outside normal business to uplift staff hardship. The project was successful.
